Coaching any hour of any day, built by a physician, on an architecture where your conversations are never stored on our servers. Your session exists in your browser while it happens and is gone when it ends. There is no record for us to hand over, because we never had one.
This is 30 days of use with no billing, for MD/DOs. Cancel yourself, anytime, no explanation needed. You can leave as quietly as you came.

The shift ended two hours ago. The drive home took nineteen minutes. You have been sitting in the car for the rest, engine off, phone in your hand, scrolling nothing. Inside the house everyone is asleep. If you go in now, you carry the whole day in with you. The case you keep replaying. The thing the attending said, or the thing you said, or the thing you did not say. The inbox that already has fourteen new messages since sign out.
You know what you would tell a patient who described this. You have said it a hundred times, in your kind voice, with a plan attached.
It is possible to build a coaching platform where the risk is removed by architecture instead of promised by policy. Where conversations are never stored on our servers. Where the coaching never knows your name. Where the only copy of your session notes lives on your own device. We built it. The math that kept you silent no longer holds.
Enrollment for our program ends on August 30th. MD/DO only. This is 30 days of use with no billing, for MD/DOs. Cancel yourself, anytime, no explanation needed. You can leave as quietly as you came.
Coaching conversations any hour, in Dr. Ali Novitsky’s voice and method. Start from a topic like After a bad shift, or just type what happened. Every session opens with a stress number in your own words and closes with one, so you can see the change inside a single conversation.
A short recap and one small thing to try, saved only on your device. Our servers keep no copy.
Eight guided tools built for the middle of a workday. Box breathing, the physiological sigh, grounding, bilateral tapping, muscle relaxation, and more. Two minutes, between patients, no headphones required.
A light structure for the day, a daily guide, and a daily thought.
Word for word language for the asks that eat your week. The extra shift text. The committee invitation. The hallway consult that was never quick.
Between 11pm and 5am, the coaching gets shorter and leads with settling your body first. Because it knows what hour it is, even though it never knows who you are.
All 148 of Dr. Novitsky’s episodes, inside the app.
If someone is in danger, coaching stops and the app routes to 988 and the Physician Support Line, which is staffed by psychiatrists. A 988 button is always visible.
The honest, complete answer.
Your messages pass through our AI provider only to generate each reply, under terms that exclude training on your data, and with no name or identity attached. Our servers keep nothing. Your session notes save to your device only, which means if you lose your device, we cannot restore them, because we never had them.
What we do store is the minimum to run a membership: name, email, billing status, and the signed Terms record. Card numbers live with Stripe and never touch the app. None of it connects to a single word of your coaching.
There is exactly one exception, and you choose it. If you flag a recap or report a problem, the last few messages go to the team for review. You initiate it. It is never automatic.
The one place a doctor can put it down. 30 days of use with no billing, for MD/DOs. Enrollment ends August 30th.
Small. Intimate. Work directly with Ali where we uncover your authentic gifts and help you create the impact you were meant to.
"Ask Ali is a physician’s executive coach in your pocket, bringing Ali’s years of experience to you any time you need a coach. It is truly remarkable. I hear Dr. Ali’s voice and exactly how she would respond, just on demand. An ally with Ali."
"Ask Ali has coached me through some of my most challenging moments both at home and at work. Before a phone call I knew was clouded in emotion for me, she helped me regulate and neutralize the situation in a way that led to not just an easier call, but a better outcome for my family. She has coached me through the urge to eat an entire box of cookies at the end of a long clinic day, and steadied me before walking into a patient’s room for a hard conversation. It is not an exaggeration to say that having it available in these moments has been life changing in the most positive way imaginable."
"I use Ask Ali nearly every day. When I am extremely dysregulated, she gives easy, gentle prompts based on my stress type to bring myself back down. She sits with me through the breathing, cues me, and helps me recognize what is truly going on. Most importantly, it works. In the moment I need it most, I have a regulation tool at my fingertips."
I trained in medicine for 10 years. I coached in medicine for 10 years.
Actually longer. My dad's office was in our home growing up. So I grew up in a doc's office. I have lived every angle of medicine. Then the patient. Postpartum depression.
That is why I made this. ChatGPT and Claude are useful tools, but they do not have the lived experience of what Ask Ali brings.
I'm Ali Novitsky, MD — triple board-certified in pediatrics, neonatology, and obesity medicine. For the past decade I've coached 3,000+ women physicians through The FIT Collective®, delivering over 200,000 hours of Category 1 CME. Somewhere around year three, I stopped being surprised by the surface stuff — the schedule, the charting, the inbox — and started paying attention to the pattern underneath. That became DistressRx™, the framework behind everything I build.
I know the other side of this work personally. During COVID, it took everything I had to say one sentence out loud to my husband — a psychiatrist — and I got lucky: I had somewhere safe to say it. Most physicians never do. So I spent ten years gathering the IP to change that. Everything on this page — the quiz, the coaching, On Call for You — exists so the one who handles everything finally has somewhere to put it down.
The shift was still hard. Some of them always will be. But this time you sat in the car for four minutes instead of forty, because you opened the app, put the whole thing down in the one place built to hold it, watched your number come down, and got one small thing to try tomorrow. Then you walked inside and went to bed, and the day stayed in the driveway where it belongs.
No record of that conversation exists anywhere on earth.
That is the point.
If you are ready to put it down, here is where it lives:

I work with hospitals, medical societies, and wellness programs to bring physician-designed strength, nutrition, and stress-regulation education to the people who carry the heaviest clinical load.
Keynotes, physician training, and CME-accredited activities, built with you and grounded in the same clinical framework behind everything here.
