MMM is the entry point — it teaches the DistressRx™ framework through movement, food, and mindset over 52 weeks. If you're past that stage and want live coaching, Transform is the next step up.
No. MMM, Transform, and Impact are open to all high-achieving women — physicians, attorneys, executives, founders, and anyone carrying the kind of load this work was built for. The retreats are open to all women too; physicians additionally get CME credit. Only the CME piece is physician-specific.
Yes — they're designed to layer. MMM is self-paced, so it can run alongside Transform or Impact (in fact, Transform includes Impact-style coaching applied to DistressRx™). Retreats are stand-alone events that complement any program you're already in.
DistressRx™ is the framework I built to help women recognize, name, and regulate the six dominant stress patterns — Assertive, Isolation, Control, Validation, Impulsivity, and Catastrophizing. It's the spine of every offer in this door. You can read the full framework on the Methodology page.
These programs were designed with hormonal life-stage shifts central, not peripheral. As a triple board certified physician in obesity medicine, I built the strength, nutrition, and stress protocols specifically to support women through perimenopause and beyond — when most generic programs stop working.
MMM is three short workouts a week (10, 20, or 30 minutes each) plus optional yoga and meditation. Transform adds two live calls per month. Impact adds two two-hour calls per month. Retreats are weekends or single days. Everything is built around the reality that you have a full life — not in addition to it.
