Stress score

Start with your number.

On a scale of one to ten, how much stress are you carrying right now? Tap it. Nobody sees this but you.

These are personal reference points, not clinical cutoffs.

The problem

You're very good at looking fine.

  • You can talk a patient down in ninety seconds and still lie awake at 2am replaying a chart note.
  • You know exactly what to tell your patients about sleep, strength, and stress. You're just not doing any of it.
  • Sunday night already feels like Monday.
  • You've bought the program, the planner, and the app. You were great at the first two weeks.
  • Everyone at work and everyone at home thinks you've got it handled. You're the one person who knows how much it costs.

This was never a willpower problem. You’re very capable. That was never the question. Capable is what got you through training. Capacity is what’s left at 7pm.

You’re the backup plan. At work you stay until it’s finished. At home you remember the appointment and make plan B. The better you get at filling gaps, the easier the gaps are to ignore.

The ask

One hour a week. That's the whole ask.

Every Sunday you train with me, and the workout carries a regulation theme you work through while you lift. You leave with one thing to do this week and nothing else to keep up with. The signature sessions, the community, and Ask Ali are there whenever you want them, and none of them are homework.

10,000+women physicians coached since 2018

200,000+hours of accredited education delivered

84%When I reviewed our coaching topics, 84% were about work and home colliding. That’s why regulation sits underneath everything we coach.

When your nervous system has somewhere to land, the rest gets easier.

A letter from a member since 2021

“I spent years telling patients how to take care of themselves. Ali is the reason I started doing it too.”

I’m an obesity medicine physician and I run a practice. Most days my patients and my business get all of me, and I get whatever is left at the end. For a long time that was close to nothing.

I was burned out when I found Ali’s work. I didn’t need another talk about habits. I know the research. I explain it to patients all day. What I needed was someone who understood why I wasn’t doing any of it myself.

Ali understands because she’s lived it. She’s a physician. She knows what a full clinic day takes out of you, and she builds her programs for women who are holding it together for everyone else.

I believe in myself and have made bold moves that I would not have done otherwise.

The habits I rebuilt with her have stuck.

Ali, thank you for making a place where we can say out loud that we’re struggling, and for giving us something to do about it.

If you’re a physician running on empty and not telling anyone, start here.

About Ali

I'm a physician. I built this for you.

I'm Ali Novitsky, MD. I'm triple board-certified in pediatrics, neonatology, and obesity medicine, and a Master Certified Coach. I spent more than a decade caring for the smallest patients in the NICU, and I've spent the last ten years coaching women physicians.

I built The FIT Collective around the evidence and my experience as a physician. Our CME is now delivered under our own ACCME accreditation. Over 10,000 women physicians have trusted the community I've built with the part of their lives nobody else sees.

What's inside each tier

Transform®

I built Transform® as a weekly rhythm for our work together, one that fits the life you actually have.

  • Signature sessions, at your own pace. Between cases, after bedtime, or on a Sunday morning.
  • Regulation Sundays. A weekly workout and workshop with me.
  • Monday Reflections. An interactive space to put the week's work into practice, without requiring a live call.
  • Unlimited on-call access with Ask Ali.
  • One app holds it all. Your workouts, your nutrition management, your emotional regulation, your coaching, your replays, your community, and your connection to your room.

Understand Me

  • The Chart You Never Wrote on Yourself. You've taken thousands of histories. This time, it's yours.
  • Your Stress Has a Type. Learn your DistressRx™ Stress Type and stop fixing the wrong problem.
  • The Good Doctor Rules. Name the rules training handed you, and decide which ones still get a vote.

Become Me

  • The Permission Slip Nobody Signed. Stop waiting for someone else to approve the life you want.
  • The Woman Before the White Coat. She's still in there, and she has opinions.
  • Stronger, Not Smaller. Trade the goal of shrinking for proof of what your body can do.

Build Me

  • The Minimum Effective Dose. A routine that survives a 14-hour day and a sick kid.
  • Systems Over Willpower. You already spent your discipline at work. Let structure do the heavy lifting.
  • Eat Like You Plan to Lift at 80. Food for strength and longevity, not punishment.

Protect Me

  • The No That Doesn't Need a Paragraph. Boundaries without the 400-word apology email.
  • Off Call. Give your nervous system the handoff it never gets.
  • Still Here at 80. The habits that keep you in medicine and in your own life.

IMPACT

You've done the work on your stress. Now I want to help you find out what you're made for. I keep IMPACT small and intimate so we can explore self-discovery together.

January · Tell the Truth

The Woman You Were Told to Be.

Before you can choose what's next, you have to see what's here. We stop polishing the chart and look honestly at the life you built, including the parts you built for someone else's expectations.

The science: Self-Discrepancy Theory (Higgins, 1987)

February · Know Your Type

It's Not the Call Night, It's the Story.

Same call night, two different doctors, two different outcomes. You learn how you read pressure, and why your stress is a pattern you can work with, not a flaw to hide.

The science: Transactional Model of Stress and Coping (Lazarus and Folkman, 1984)

March · Read the Signals

Your Gut Went to Medical School Too.

Your body casts its vote long before your brain admits it. You learn to listen to the tight jaw, the Sunday dread, and the rare moments you feel wide awake.

The science: Somatic Marker Hypothesis (Damasio, 1994)

April · Claim It

There's a version of you waiting on the other side of permission. You meet her, name her, and say out loud what comes next.

The science: Possible Selves (Markus and Nurius, 1986)

May · Lift Heavy

Proof Over Pep Talks.

Confidence doesn't come from pep talks. It comes from proof. We pick up heavy things, in the gym and in life, and let the evidence pile up.

The science: Self-Efficacy Theory (Bandura, 1977)

June · Take Up Space

Nobody's Looking as Hard as You Think.

You've been shrinking in rooms you earned. We look at why you feel watched, how little anyone is actually watching, and what you'd say if you stopped editing yourself.

The science: Self-Determination Theory (Deci and Ryan, 1985)

August · Systems, Not Strain

Where Time Disappears.

Somewhere in your week, time disappears in the best way. We find those moments, map what makes them happen, and build your life to get more of them.

The science: Flow Theory (Csikszentmihalyi, 1990)

September · Keep Going

Fire the Mean Coach in Your Head.

The voice that says "you should have done better" isn't making you better. We fire it and find out how far kindness takes you.

The science: Self-Compassion (Neff, 2003)

October · Guard the Gate

This replaces things

This replaces things on your list.

I've brought your workout, your coaching, and your reset into the same hour on Sunday. I don't want you adding a gym, a coach, and a CME course to a week that has no room. You get one hour that does all three, and you earn CME credits for it.

Ali's story

I paid someone to watch my baby so I could take care of someone else’s.

In 2015, my second daughter was eight weeks old when I went back to 24-hour shifts in the NICU. We hired a night nurse so my husband could sleep. I remember thinking it, privately: I’m paying someone to watch my baby so I can get paid to take care of someone else’s.

I decided to be a doctor at five, building a medical kit in my dad’s office, which was in our house. I loved medicine. I also wanted to be home. Holding both felt harder than I thought it should, and I was ashamed of how hard it felt.

I knew what it looked like to give everything to your patients. What nobody taught me was how to stay a whole person while you do it.

So I refused to believe the hospital was the only place I could be a doctor. In 2018 I started The FIT Collective to give women physicians what I needed back then: a method that works for a body under real stress, and a room full of women who understand without an explanation.

You’ll still snap. I did, at my own daughter, in city traffic. The apology came fast. That’s the skill.

Every program, same four pillars, same order. Starts Sunday, January 10, 2027

The weekly rhythm

Transform®

You’ve spent years being the one everyone leans on. Transform® is a full year for women physicians who are done running on adrenaline and willpower. We start with DistressRx™, so you learn your Stress Type and what your body does when the hospital and the house need you at the same time.

From there we move through Understand Me, Become Me, Build Me, and Protect Me. You don’t sit around talking about stress. You train with me while you regulate it, process it, and put it to work in your real week. Physician-led. Built on strength and nervous system physiology. Designed to last long after the year ends.

Begins Sunday, January 10, 2027.

FAQ

Questions physicians ask me

Can I start smaller?

Yes. Start with January–March for $3,000. You get Regulation Sundays, Monday Reflections, your Stress Type Signature Analysis, and 12 CME credits.

When can I join?

Both of my programs begin Sunday, January 10. I open IMPACT once a year by application. Tell Mazzy about yourself below, and she'll help you with enrollment.

Which program is right for me?

In Transform®, I bring together the method, Regulation Sundays, and Monday Reflections. Monday Reflections is interactive and doesn't require a live call. If you've done the foundational work and want to explore self-discovery more deeply with me in a small, intimate cohort, apply for IMPACT. I've included everything in Transform®. Not sure? Tell Mazzy about yourself below, and she'll help you choose.

I don't have time for this.

I built these programs around a physician's schedule because I know what that schedule asks of you. My signature sessions are self-paced, and Monday Reflections in the Implementation Room are asynchronous, so you add to them whenever you have five minutes during the week. I'll share the full schedule before January 10.

Is this therapy or medical care?

No. The FIT Collective provides education, coaching, strength guidance, and stress regulation support. It is not individualized medical or mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact your physician or a mental health professional, or call or text 988.

If you’re struggling right now, please reach out. In the United States, call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, any time. The Physician Support Line, 1-888-409-0141, offers free, confidential peer support from volunteer psychiatrists. Check physiciansupportline.com for current hours.

How do the CME credits work?

The 12-week January–March Transform® option includes 12 CME credits. The full year of Transform® includes 48 CME credits, and the full year of IMPACT includes 96 CME credits total.

Can I use CME or HSA/FSA funds?

You may be able to use part of your CME allowance, so check with your employer. Every program may also qualify as an HSA/FSA expense through Truemed, depending on your individual circumstances. See if you qualify.

What if I have an injury or health condition?

Every workout can be modified, and you move at your own pace. Please check with your own physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from an injury, or managing a medical condition.

What if I start with Transform® and want more?

IMPACT includes everything in Transform® plus a small, intimate cohort for deeper self-discovery. Ask Mazzy about the application process and whether it's the right next step for you.

What it looks like at my house.

Our mornings used to be the worst part of my day. I’d be up two hours early with everything ready, then watch the rest of the house rush and yell. So the four of us changed it together. Earlier bedtimes, everything set out the night before, and on the drive to school each of us names one goal and whether we need support.

Now we laugh in the car. The goodbyes at the curb are the best part of my morning.

Next Sunday is coming either way. Spend one hour of it in a room built for you.

Keep doing it alone

  • Sunday-night dread that starts at 4pm
  • Telling patients what you can't do yourself
  • Another program you're great at for two weeks
  • Fine, from the outside

Join me in the room

  • Regulation Sundays and Monday Reflections that set the tone for your week
  • A Monday plan for when the week actually hits
  • Strength that's yours, on your schedule
  • CME credits for the work you're doing on yourself

Remember your number from the top of the page? If it's a seven or above, talk with Mazzy before you decide. Let's make sure this is the right support for where you are right now.

Not sure where to begin? Let's find your room.

I've asked Mazzy to help you find the right fit. Five questions, about five minutes. She reads every answer personally and follows up the way you prefer. Please skip medical details here. You can talk through anything you'd like to share with her.

4. What feels most missing right now?
How should Mazzy reach you?
