Ask what you don't want to ask out loud.
Try On Call for You for one private week.
You're the person other people come to for answers.
But sometimes you're the one who needs somewhere to put the question.
Maybe you need perspective. Maybe you need evidence. Maybe you need help preparing for a difficult conversation. Maybe you're wondering whether you're completely overreacting.
You don't need to make an appointment. You don't need to explain your entire life story. And you don't even need to know exactly what you're asking.
Just show up with what's happening.
On Call for You was built to meet you there.
No name. No email. No credit card.
What would I actually ask?
“I cannot make myself go into work today. Am I burned out or am I done?”
“My partner said this last night and I cannot let it go.”
“I lost it on my kid. What do I do now?”
“I have to talk to my chair tomorrow and I'm already getting worked up.”
“I think I want to leave medicine and I'm terrified I'm making a mistake.”
“I'm on a GLP-1 and worried about losing muscle. What does the evidence actually say?”
“Someone on my team isn't doing their job and I'm doing it for them. Again.”
“I just got offered an incredible opportunity. Why do I want to say no?”
“I feel jealous of another physician and I hate admitting that.”
“Nothing is technically wrong. So why don't I feel happy?”
That.
No polished question required.
Just the real one.
On Call isn't there to tell you what to do.
It's there to help you slow the moment down enough to understand what's actually happening.
And sometimes:
You may realize you already knew the answer.
You just needed somewhere to hear yourself think.
On Call doesn't replace your judgment.
It helps you access it.
Good support gives you more agency, not less.
Privacy and boundaries
The current On Call program does not ask for a name, email, or payment. Its published service practices say coaching conversations are not kept on its servers, while your session notes remain on your device.
The program does keep a random access code, onboarding answers, consent, anonymous surveys, and session stress ratings. If you choose to flag a recap or report a problem, the recent messages are shared with the On Call team for review.
Review the current On Call terms and privacy practices before you begin. They describe the service that is available today.
On Call IS:
A physician-built thinking space grounded in evidence and FIT Collective frameworks, designed for perspective, reflection, decision support, and practical next steps.
On Call IS NOT:
Your doctor; your therapist; emergency/crisis care; a diagnostic tool; a replacement for appropriate professional care.
Sometimes different situations reveal the same underlying pattern.
Over time, On Call can help you get curious about:
What tends to activate you?
What happens when you're distressed?
Where do you repeatedly get stuck?
What helps you regulate?
What decisions become harder under stress?
A pattern is information.
If you eventually think, “I don't just want help with this situation. I want to work on the pattern,” that's where Transform® can come in.
If the questions become more “What do I want to create next?”, that's where IMPACT lives.
But there is no required next step.
Sometimes On Call is simply On Call.
You showed up. You got what you needed.
Everything else is a bonus.
Start with one private week.
Maybe something happened five minutes ago and you're annoyed.
Maybe you have a conversation tomorrow.
Maybe you're curious.
That's enough.
No name. No email. No credit card.
You just have to show up.
Everything else is a bonus.
