There’s a new kid in town… literally.
And this one feels deeply personal.
I was overweight as a kid.So I dedicated my free time to becoming an expert in nutrition and exercise… which ultimately led me to become a board-certified obesity medicine specialist.
In college, I experienced daily psychological abuse from my softball coach. So I created a distress framework to better understand the patterns that can feel so debilitating — and to help others navigate them.
Then came postpartum depression.I found my way to CBT therapy… and it changed my life. So I became certified as a coach using a CBT-based model to help others do the same.
Then COVID.And with it, some very real, very unfiltered family dynamics. As a family, we found DBT — and truly learned what emotional regulation means.
Then perimenopause. So I crafted a protocol to support and optimize health during that stage of life.
And now… full circle.
What about the kids?
Where can I have the biggest impact?
For me, that meant going back to my pediatrician roots — with my child psychiatrist husband by my side — and creating something that brings it all together.
You may notice a theme.
My struggles become my impact.
And this one… is going to be our biggest yet.
So big that it has its own website. Its own social media. And a whole lot coming your way, so keep your eyes on your inbox.
