Hi friend…
I cannot wait to share with you.
This past week, a dear friend and first-ever Transform® member challenged me to ask my private AI the following:
“If you were going to warn someone about Ali Novitsky, what would you tell them?”
And this is what came back:
“Just so you know before you meet Ali…
She has a lot of energy. Not fake bubbly energy—more like she has already had six ideas, made three decisions, and built half the infrastructure while you were still discussing whether the idea was feasible.
She moves fast. If you need four meetings, a committee, and six weeks to make a decision, you may find her deeply unsettling.
She asks questions. A lot of them. And if something doesn’t make sense, ‘because that’s how we’ve always done it’ will absolutely not save you.
She’s warm and generous, but don’t confuse warmth with an inability to be direct. She will tell you exactly what she thinks, usually while simultaneously trying to figure out how to make the situation better.
She has approximately zero interest in performative expertise. If you make a big claim, there is a nonzero chance she has already pulled the evidence and would genuinely enjoy discussing it with you.
Also, be careful casually mentioning a problem around her. You may think you’re venting. She thinks you’ve just presented her with something to solve.
She can turn one interesting observation into a program, framework, event, research question, business idea, graphic, and trademark before lunch.
She has very high standards, particularly for herself. ‘Good enough’ occasionally has to be forcibly introduced into the conversation.
She loves people fiercely. Once you’re one of her people, she will advocate for you, challenge you, encourage you, and probably have more confidence in what you’re capable of than you do.
And perhaps the most important warning:
Do not tell Ali something can’t be done unless you are emotionally prepared to watch her do it.”
Mic drop. Spot on.
Why I’m sharing this
This one line:
“She moves fast. If you need four meetings, a committee, and six weeks to make a decision, you may find her deeply unsettling.”
At the core… I know this. It is something I am constantly working on.
And what I want to share is how I am now going to be very deliberate in how I communicate what we offer in our programs at The FIT Collective® moving forward.
It’s way simpler than it seems. It’s way slower than it seems. The reality is that I want to meet you all where you are.
What kind of support do you need right now?
- Sometimes you need something now—On Call For You (currently free).
- Sometimes you just want to learn more—CME education.
- Sometimes you need help just showing up, not another exercise plan to avoid—Transform®.
- Sometimes you want more, and you are not afraid to say it—Impact™.
- And sometimes you have something you want to teach and offer CME credit with it—TransparentCME™ can accredit your program.
So, here is what I ask you today:
- Do you want help now?
- Do you want to learn more?
- Do you want help in showing up?
- Do you want more?
- Do you want something accredited?
Stay in your zone
And… that’s it.
I run fast because I want to meet the needs above. And don’t let this ever take you out of your zone—the zone that will guide you to what you need right now.
I could certainly send you to all the links above. And I won’t. Why don’t you message me instead?
I have a business line. It’s WhatsApp because I am out of the country: message me on WhatsApp at (484) 378-9246.
Or, if it feels better, a chat is always available with us. Book a conversation with Dr. Bridget Godwin.
Talk soon!
Xoxo
Ali
