These Program Terms & Waiver apply when you enroll in any Ali Novitsky MD / The Fit Collective program, membership, retreat, or coaching offering. They are in addition to our Terms of Service. By enrolling, you agree to the terms below.
Enrollment & Eligibility
Programs are intended for adults 18 and older (family programs are enrolled and managed by a parent or guardian). You agree to provide accurate enrollment information. We reserve the right to decline or end enrollment at our discretion.
Payment & Billing
Program fees are due as described at checkout. Where a payment plan is offered, you authorize us to charge each scheduled installment to your payment method. Failure of a scheduled payment may pause or suspend your access until the balance is resolved.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because our programs deliver materials and access immediately upon enrollment, all sales are final unless a specific program states otherwise in writing at the time of purchase. Retreats and live events may carry their own deposit and cancellation terms, which are disclosed at registration.
Program Access & Conduct
Access is for your personal, non-transferable use. Sharing logins, recording, or redistributing program materials is prohibited. We may remove participants who are disruptive, abusive, or in violation of these terms, without refund.
Access Periods
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, program access periods are as follows: Ignite is a one-time purchase that includes twelve (12) months of access from the date of enrollment. Access to Urge Coach is included with Ignite for the duration of your Ignite access period.
Access periods for other programs, memberships, and retreats are described at the time of enrollment. When an access period ends, access to program materials ends unless renewed or otherwise extended in writing.
Health & Medical Disclaimer
Our programs provide education and coaching on nutrition, fitness, and mindset. They are not medical care and do not replace advice from your own physician.
You should consult your doctor before beginning any program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
Assumption of Risk & Waiver
You understand that physical activity and dietary changes carry inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume those risks and release Ali Novitsky MD, The Fit Collective, and their team from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary and depend on many factors. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not promises of results.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All program materials are the intellectual property of Ali Novitsky MD / The Fit Collective. Any community discussions are confidential — what is shared in the program stays in the program.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may discontinue participation at any time, subject to the refund and payment terms above.
