What You Are Agreeing To
When you voluntarily select the SMS consent checkbox and provide your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from The FIT Collective about your enrollment inquiry, scheduling, and enrollment support. This consent does not authorize unrelated promotional messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing a program. You may leave the SMS checkbox unchecked and choose email or another available contact method.
Frequency and Costs
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and conversation with our team. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details. Delivery is not guaranteed, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stopping Messages
Reply STOP to a message to ask us to stop enrollment-related texts. You can also contact mazzy@thefitcollective.com to withdraw your consent. A final message may confirm your request. Opting out of texts does not cancel your enrollment or change your payment obligations.
