Lead a local chapter
For women physicians who already serve other women physicians and want a proven system behind them.
Why this exists
I spent years trying to bring physician wellness inside hospital systems and got nowhere. So I built the infrastructure myself: direct ACCME accreditation, a library of more than 700 CME lessons, and coaching programs refined over a decade with thousands of women physicians. Read the full mission.
The next step is not more infrastructure. It is more women leading it locally.
What a chapter leader does
- •Brings Transform® to a defined community: a city, a health system, a specialty, or a residency
- •Hosts and facilitates locally while I provide the Transform® curriculum, CME, and platform
- •Grows a peer community of women physicians who support each other's health
- •Stays a physician first. This is designed to fit alongside clinical work, not replace it.
Who this is for
- •You are a woman physician, in practice, academic, locums, or transitioning
- •You already serve other women physicians in some form: coaching, mentoring, wellness committee work, speaking, or community leadership
- •You have relationships you could activate within six months
- •Coaching certification and teaching experience are helpful, not required
Program terms
Details on licensing, training, and how chapter leaders are compensated are shared during the application conversation. If you'd like them in advance, note that in your application and I will send them before we talk.
Initial Chapter Leader Terms
- License scope: An approved chapter leader receives a limited license to facilitate Transform® for the community and term named in a signed agreement. The curriculum, platform, trademarks, and related materials remain the property of The FIT Collective®.
- Training: Chapter leaders complete required onboarding and program training before hosting a chapter. Ongoing training and quality check-ins may be required.
- Compensation and revenue share: Compensation is based on participants attributed to the local chapter. The exact licensing costs, payment schedule, and revenue share are provided before an agreement is signed.
- Community relationships: Chapter leaders cultivate and support their local physician community. Participant enrollment, program delivery, and platform records are administered through The FIT Collective®.
- Brand and CME boundaries: Chapter leaders may use only approved Transform® and The FIT Collective® materials. CME activities remain under The FIT Collective® policies and accreditation oversight. Chapter leaders may not independently promise CME credit or alter accredited content.
- Time expectations: The role is designed to fit alongside clinical work. The final agreement defines launch responsibilities, facilitation expectations, and required check-ins.
- Review and conclusion: Either party may decide not to proceed before signing. A signed agreement will define performance standards, renewal, pause, and termination terms.
- Non-exclusivity: Applying does not reserve a territory or create exclusivity. Any approved geographic or community scope will be stated in the signed agreement.
An application is an expression of interest. It does not create a license, partnership, employment relationship, or right to represent Transform® or The FIT Collective®.
