The 2027 Reset is two activities in one program. Twelve credits are completed online before you sail. Six more are earned aboard — a focused two-hour session each morning, where we build the Reset together and complete a custom workbook side by side.
Self-paced online content with a post-activity assessment and evaluation. Opens roughly eight weeks before sailing. Completing it is what reserves your place aboard.
A focused two-hour session each morning — January 19, 20, and 21 — then the day is yours. Each physician receives a custom workbook we complete together. Credit is verified by attendance and a post-activity evaluation.
Round-trip from Fort Lauderdale aboard Celebrity Reflection, with stops in Key West and Bimini. Each session ends by mid-morning — then the day opens up.

Twelve credits of foundation online, then six credits of the Reset aboard — strength, food, recovery, and a workbook you finish in the room with us.
Every physician receives a workbook built for the Reset. We complete it together across the sessions aboard, so you leave with a finished plan in your own hand — not notes to revisit later.
Three short mornings — two hours on January 19, 20, and 21 — then the day opens up to everything we never get enough of.
The work is real and it is finished early. Each session is two hours in the morning; the afternoons, the ports, and the evenings are yours. For anyone who wants to gather, there's an optional evening meet-up — no agenda, no credit, just company. And a workbook that comes home with you done.
Enjoy.

The educational content of both the online and onboard activities is developed independently of the cruise line and of any travel or commercial sponsor. Travel, lodging, meals, and recreation are not part of the education and are arranged and paid for separately by each participant.
This program includes continuing medical education completed aboard the ship. When continuing education takes place at sea, specific IRS rules for education on cruise ships can apply, and those rules carry meaningful limits and conditions.
Whether any portion of your costs is deductible depends on your own circumstances and the particulars of the sailing. The cruise itself is a personal trip, booked and paid for separately from the CME tuition.

We're negotiating directly with the cruise line to lock in the best possible rates and perks for our group. Based on where those negotiations stand, plan on roughly $500–$1,000 for your cruise fare across the five days — and we're working to fold added extras into that.
This is a general idea of what you can expect to pay based on our negotiations, not a final quoted price. We're still working to lock in the extras.
